Ordered 2 dozen roses and chocolates for my fiancé 3 weeks before her birthday. She's a teacher so I also wanted to include a cake for the children to share with her. This was extra charge. ... more I paid for everything and even left them a generous gratuity in advance. One day before the delivery they left a message saying they had no more chocolates due to Mother's Day two days before. No Ferrero chocolates to be had anywhere they said. They offered me a replacement of Cadbury Nut & Fruit. I asked my fiancé if it was ok, but she is not fond of that chocolate and was extremely confused as she said there was Ferrero all over the city in shops and malls still. She asked that I just canceled everything since others were bringing her cakes already. I messaged the owner that She does not like Cadbury - and since she was disappointed do just drop the cake as well. I asked them to deliver the flowers as planned but include a refund for cake and chocolate to her. They gave no response. The next day the made the delivery with Flowers and cake but no chocolate, and no refund for the chocolate. I guess they wanted a bigger Gratuity. I will mention that I accidently made 2 payments to them when I ordered. They refunded the second payment in good faith.

I use to send flowers using 1800 flowers to my fiancee living in CDO. Eversince the pandemic hit, they became unreliable. I am so glad I found CDO Flower Shop to help me specially during special occasions. ... more They are very friendly, has excellent customer service and really cater to my needs. There were times when I had to change the delivery schedule due to sudden changes. They gladly accommodated my request. They are always on time and the flower arrangements are above satisfactory. I recommend this flower shop due to their professional and personal service. I am looking forward to more flower deliveries in the future and I am also hoping they can do serenade service. That would be awesome.

I would say 1 star is not even enough to rate this shop. I made my order a week before my mom's bday celebration. Made all the arrangements for a surprise dinner etc. Only to find out that they never... more came to deliver as promised. I've been calling for 4days and they did not answer my calls, text messages,email and fb message. One day luckily , they finally answered and said they missed the delivery and was scared to call because they don't know what to say and told me they will contact me. Almost a week I called again and was informed the owner will contact me. And yes he did send message and lay the compensation choices that i can choose from. Unfortunately, none of it suits me and i opted for a refund. He said yes he will arrange a refund and make sure it will be sent first thing in the morning. Another week has gone and again no response from them. This is a great way to show how they value their clients. It is such a disappointment dealing with you.

I had flowers and cake delivered to the workplace of my brother's girlfriend. Transacting with them is very convenient and though I informed them on a very short notice (to deliver to her while she's on shift and it's... more just 2 hours away from the time I called), they were able to accommodate my request. It rained heavily and they communicated with me if there's an alternative address they can deliver to in case they won't be there by the time her shift ends. Gladly, they were able to catch up to her and deliver the flowers and cake. Thumbs up for the efficient transaction, open communication and excellent service! Definitely recommend them! 🙂
